    Very professional. I waited while my car was serviced. People there are friendly and helpful. Tea and coffee,as much as you wanted. Would recommend Stephen James BMW.

    Very pleasant and welcoming and made me feel happy that I’ve picked Bmw.

    One thing I would say, I’m not too sure if they change the Wiper blades There is a rattle sound in the left at the rear of the car. But apart from that, all is good.
    I had to get an Uber home and back because I wasn’t able to Source a cover vehicle in time.

    Apologies for my late review, it's just I have dyslexia, My experience at Stephen James in Bromley was fantastic, George who dealt with me from start to finish is very professional, kind caring & understanding, along with my health conditions I also suffer bad social anxiety & George was very understanding & made me feel at ease in his manner as he is a very polite respectable individual who is very customer focused who goes above & beyond for his customers & gives them time, he was very relaxed & allowed me to take my time with everything, as long as I needed. This was very good as not at any point did I ever feel rushed. George was only to happy to answer any queries or questions, which I did have a few & he was happy to explained them to me, even his after sales customer service is fantastic as I did call him and speak to him & again he said any time, anything else do not hesitate to call us.george also explained everything he could fully, I feel George made the process feel alot easier it's by far the best customer experience I have ever had in my entire life thanks to George. I am very satisfied with Stephen James in Bromley.

    It was a pleasant experience. We had a new person named George who took care of us. He walked us through everything and checked in with his manager to ensure we had everything we needed.
