    Reluctantly to say , car went in for ongoing problem with wheel/ tyre due to breaking down numerous times to be told the problem being , nothing wrong with the tyre , hence having the reel of the rim sealed, a faulty valve , stranded at a airport waiting for Rac and 3 visits to Kwik fit whereupon they could find No puncture , Kwik fit stated Nissan should deal with. To be then told by the receptionist someone must be letting it down! They had done Diagnostic checks and found nothing wrong . I hesitantly have taken the car but am wary I must say. I am not a mechanic but have been driving the car for 3 years. The car had to have new cable , Abs was damaged. They garage stated rodents chew through cables.
    As for the m.o.t I assume everything was sorted I was not given any paperwork.

    I’m my service was due but unfortunately I’ve broken my arm and wrist I was informed the car could be picked up so service was arranged I had a courtesy call a few days before from a young man who told me a estimated time of pick up on the morning of pick up the young man was polite and again informed me of estimated return of my car he was very polite and a credit to Ancaster garage Bromley a very big thank you and well done

    Experience was okay apart from not being given any help to show us how to simply update the sat nav as it needs a Wi-Fi connection as I live in a tower block so to far away to connect with the car. I did ask customer service if it would be possible to do but was told no so was a little frustrated and disappointed. But apart from that it was on time.
