    I was left without one person soeaking to me and was spoken to like i was nothing, they had my car 3 days was told to coke collect on voicenote and got there my car still wasn't ready till monday they knew it would fail as tjey showed me on a video before hand i was left with no car for 5 days i wish to make a complaint also i took it to garage with 30 miles on it picked it up was showing zero fuel i was lucky to get home

    mot should not take 4 hours.
    appointment was 8am. did not leave until 12.15.
    my carer had to wait all that time for mot? They did wash car.

    Although overall it was good, unfortunately due to an error on the filter my heater was making a noise post its service. I had to return to the garage and sort it out which really took a lot of time. I think I deserve some compensation for this hassle.
