- Rating 3.0Feb 14, 2025To be fair, this whole service situation them holding my car for two weeks telling me it’s gonna be ready on the Wednesday and then on the Wednesday calling me first thing in the morning and telling me there’s something else wrong after having a car for two weeks, I’m not really impressed to be fair. But I really do like the car it’s just they’re lack of communication is really not on.

Nothing was too much trouble. She is a credit to BMW her Customer Service makes me want to recommend future car buyers to her five star service thank you.

Very unprofessional and fits the horrible cliche of “dodgy car salesman”
Then after communicating also was insulted by manager who discriminated against me and my disabilities.
Would like to make formal complaints however manager stated he was not going to respond to me via email or in writing
