    The Receptionist does not make clear what she means to say, and is rude/surly in response to the answer to the question she asks, as opposed to asking the right question in the first place. I have had the same experience every time I come to the dealership with my cars for their services.
    Also, I find it astounding that nobody in the dealership has worked out that Motability customers need their cars, and that they cannot use public transport while their car is in dock, and therefore expect us to spend a fortune on taxis to and from work, rather than either collecting and returning the car from/to our work, or home if we're not working. This is a simple concept that we call customer service. You should try it I very much resent the assumption made by the receptionist that we will have time to sit around in the dealership waiting for our cars to be worked on, as opposed to working for a living. This, and the comments above about the Receptionist also show a lack of grasp of the concept of customer service.
