    Jemca Toyota Enfield is clean and tidy and the staff are very friendly,
    Marius was the staff member who helped me, he is polite and kind and answered all my questions,
    If he wasn’t available on phone when I called then he would always return my calls as soon as he was free, I knew I could rely on Marius to keep me updated.
    And when my vehicle was ready for pick up, I spoke with Sara who was also very friendly and patient with me as she took me through step by step everything I needed to know,

    The technician Wesley was such a for the client and representative spoke on my behalf about my on going issue to the manager and was resolved in my favour he went way beyond my expectations of a deal ship technician wasted on the floor though has the customer service helpful kindness professional way with him definitely manger material don’t let him slip through the net my service went perfectly once Wesley took over my complaint that had been bought up three weeks before told was being dealt with sadly was not the case until I was assigned Wesley lost faith in your company until Wesley turned my thinking around and can’t praise the professionalism of the Toyota company customer service shame your company has not employed more technician like Wesley three weeks ago one technician in particular gave me broken promises Wesley should in my opinion be a manager he has that caring way with him right is right fair is fair and he is all and more of these traits sorry if I am long winded war &peace not as long I hope you read all my comments and take on board my feed back and I think he would be a very professional teacher of on the floor customer service leader in training the floor staff lots suited booted and the Rolex watch but empty shell inside when customer relations are needed thank you for giving me the opportunity to do this feedback !!!!!!!!
