Yesterday, I dropped off my car for a major service at your dealership. As soon as I entered the shop floor, Nihal greeted me politely and courteously without me even introducing myself. He patiently answered all my questions and even prompted me for any additional ones I had forgotten to mention during the online registration.
I was very impressed by his service, not only yesterday but also today when I collected the car. He ensured the software update was applied, addressed my concerns about the tyres, investigated the non syncing between the driver and passenger side and also showed me how to use the Nissan Connect Service. He assured me to contact him immediately if I have any questions or concerns post service.
Nihal's exceptional service deserves recognition. I would be happy if the manager could acknowledge his efforts, perhaps through a bonus or some other form of appreciation. He is a valuable asset to your team, and his positive attitude made a great impression on me.
