    I would like to express my gratitude for finding Joana within your company. I remember my first visit when a gentleman spoke to me in a manner that was very upsetting, and I was determined to leave. However, I decided to file a complaint first because no one should be treated that way.

    Joana came to address my complaint, and she was so kind and understanding that I decided to stay. She took such good care of me that I felt she was a best friend or even a family member.
