    Terrible experience. I received the car back with very weak AC and I find it weird how I declined an extra service of re gassing the AC and receive the car back with weak AC which was perfectly fine beforehand. I had to pay £70 later on elsewhere to re gas the AC, if this was done purposely for declining extra options then I am very disappointed, especially in this 41°c heat.

    Excellent dealer, helpful, friendly, professional staff, showroom bright and squeaky clean as were the facilities.

    The Motability expert (Igor) was very knowledgeable, he sorted our test drive and the eventual order without any fuss. Highly recommended.

    The next week I had my current car MoT'd at Ancaster Heathrow. Identical experience. Helpful, professional, friendly staff on the service desk too.

    Today, 10/06/22 was handover day! Talitha handed the beautifully prepared and presented car over in the most professional manner. She had sorted all the paperwork prior to my arrival. After checking in my previous car she concentrated on the new Micra, helping me to adjust the seat and demonstrating all the controls in great detail until I was totally confident. I really couldn't have asked for better. Thanks Talitha.

    Another lovely touch was the Sales Manager taking time out of his busy schedule to check I was completely happy with the car and thank me for the business.

    The car that they had on the paperwork Nissan qashqai acenta premium wasn't at the show room and I couldnt see what the car I want. All was there was the top range what I was look for.
    Wasn't happy I had to pay for mats what go in the car. Wasn't happy I have to pay for petrol to put in it.
    I really want to see what it like look Nissan qashqai acenta premium. It's should come with mats and perol. They said they wout put perol in it. Not very happy about what he said about perol and mats. When I take the car for a test run he didn't tell me.about the car. Just what job he had. He wasn't very helpful about the car.
