The Motability Scheme offers simple, all-inclusive leasing to anyone receiving a qualifying mobility allowance. You simply use your allowance to lease a brand new car from a huge choice of makes and models. You can have up to three named drivers (this doesn't have to be you) and the price of every lease includes insurance, breakdown and maintenance.

- Rating 1.0Mar 4, 2024I’m actually really sad to be leaving this review as the start of the experience was great we reserved our car and paid a huge deposit and Jess and Scott could not help enough. Then after a week I had not heard so tried calling and left messages no answer so thought I would try off a different number and Jess answered who had sold us the dream advised the car we reserved had been sold and I advised I would call back after speaking with my husband as my mental health is very poor and cannot cope well with extreme cases of anxiety. Then my husband called and was told by Scott the general manager that he would find an exact replacement of the car that we lost… we’ll that wasn’t the case they advised they couldn’t get the colour which is what we paid extra for as it was discontinued and would have to be different. We could just about deal with that but when I called Jess again as this wasn’t what we ordered she became rude and very abrupt even knowing I suffer severely with mental health. I cried all day struggling to work and could not understand why I was the one being treated badly when we hadn’t done anything wrong. We decided to go elsewhere as this type of behaviour and customer service is disgusting and I would not recommend anyone to go there as lovely at first then if something goes wrong it’s not their fault.
