Our priority is to provide impartial, free guidance on the Motability scheme if you, or someone you care for, receives the Higher Rate Disability Living Allowance, Personal Independence Payment, War Pensioners' Mobility Supplement or Armed Forces Independence Payment, to make sure we find the best fit.

    Lloyd was very polite and courteous even offered me and my family drinks and helped my autisic son explore the cars in the store , he was very professional and helpful and got everything done smoothly and quickly , always nice to have someone with a smiley face

    This is our first car, so emotions were very high in us, we did not know what to choose, we had a lot of questions. We met a wonderful person on the road, Jess, who was very patient and understanding. Jess dealt with us and our struggles perfectly.     Fantastic service as always! From arranging the booking, all the way to after care. Appreciated the call back from the service team a week after the service to check all is well and if I was happy with the service. Highly recommend Ford Staines. Great dealership as always!
