    Hi just to let you know off my experience with Volkswagen while picking up my new car. After arriving I was seen within about 2mins by Aytac. Well the paper work was sorted promptly with no hic-ups. Then Aytac took me out to see the car for the first time. He was very good and explained precisely and slowly the finer points Aytac was very experienced and patient with me. Overall very pleased.
