    Booking a service was fine. When I arrived everything was taken care of promptly. I was advised to wait for the service as it's 3/4 hours. No problem, it was my choice to wait, 6 hours later I'm still waiting, I asked for the progress on my car and they said it should be ready in 25 minutes. And hour and 20 minutes after that I'm still waiting for my car! I've been a Mercedes customer for over 20 years and I have remained with you because of the excellent service but it's gone down hill to the point where I'm due an upgrade but I will not be returning to Mercedes

    All staff where pleasant and professional especially Dino however I did report two issues of note with the car, the wiper blades and a rattling noise coming from under the car, the rattle noise was taken care of however the wiper blade were not. As we have more rainy days, this will make driving harder for my dad for whom I am more concerned about.

    Last year was great but last week I was there and I was totally disappointed with their service. In my opinion, they did not do their job properly. And I was completely disappointed to go there. The things they should have done were not done correctly and I checked them later and I had to go back there and wait for hours for them to fix it.

    Waited Over 1hr to get my car 🚘 then got my car 🚘 and it was extremely dirty from inside, waited another 30mins. Then drove home 🏡 and realised that the steering wheel has been adjusted, and it doesn't go all the way back, too much gap between the dashboard and indicator stalks and the steering wheel. Need to get it checked again in few days.
