    Hello,

    I would like to share my recent experience at the Mercedes-Benz dealership in Colindale. I visited the dealership because, due to my disability and mobility needs, I am applying to purchase or lease a vehicle through the Motability scheme. However, after the staff realised that I was coming through Motability, their behaviour changed completely.

    I did not feel treated with the respect and professionalism that every customer deserves. Their responses became very brief and dismissive, and I did not even feel comfortable asking questions because they made me feel unwelcome. This left me with a very unpleasant feeling and it was not a good experience for me at all.

    The only positive part was the last staff member who handled my documents and made copies. Their attitude was better compared to the others, but overall, I still felt that I was not valued as a customer once they understood I was applying through disability support. It made me feel as if, had I been paying privately, the experience would have been different.

    I am sharing this because I believe that all customers—especially those with disabilities—should be treated with dignity, respect, and fairness.

From start to finish, Ikram was professional, honest, and incredibly helpful even with too many questions and worries from my side.
