    Great service sorted out exactly what i needed to know to be able to place my new car order. Very professional and very knowledgable with regards to models and understanding of my needs.

    Very difficult to communicate with the car dealer, cannot be reached over the phone, does not answer email immediately, poor communication customer service. Place the order without informing that advance payment has increased so have to pay £100 more? There is a real need to be respectful to the customer or at the very least to be available when needed discussion because it felt that I was the one in charge with motability of the advancement of the car application order. No happy at all.

    I rate my experience probably one of the best customer services I’ve received across the world. Dominique was very experienced with the car and had answers to all my questions. I think Dominique is an asset to the team and should definitely get some recognition for the service that she provides customers with.
    She went through all the options from top to bottom that I can add or choose.
    I wouldn’t have picked mini if it wasn’t for Dominiques customer service, she made sure that I was happy with everything and picked the best options for me. So thank you BMW & Mini scheme for providing me with a brilliant car I’m totally in love with and again I can’t state how much Dominique had a lot of influence, helping me pick this car.
    I disclosed with Dominique, I had mental health conditions and she made sure that I understood everything and I was totally happy. She understood my conditions and was really supportive and not pushy at all about the vehicle. So thank you very much. I was going to buy her flowers but I didn’t know what the rules and regulations with customers saying thank you.
    And last, but not least, thank you very much again Dominique. I look forward to seeing you in the future and all the best she needs a bonus or something because she was brilliant and I’m the most fussy person.

    It was a very good experience, this is down to Dominique she was outstanding. Customer service was to the highest standard. She knew everything about the car all the extras what comes with without even looking at the screen plus even help me decide on certain things to have and not to have. I super excited about seeing my new car. Just wanted to say it was a pleasure to work with Dominique to build this car. She made it such an easy process and I was greeted with a beautiful smile and a polite manner. She is an excellent asset to the mini team and I hope this is recognised.
    I was asked if I would like anything to drink or anything to help my visit more pleasant.
    I wasn’t sure about the leather seats and Dominique help me drive a car with different seats so I could make my decision. I was very appreciative of this as I got to test out both seats and got the right seats that suit my needs. I said Dominique is an absolute asset to the team and I hope she gets her recognition for it.
