- Rating 1.0Jul 24, 2023Very difficult to communicate with the car dealer, cannot be reached over the phone, does not answer email immediately, poor communication customer service. Place the order without informing that advance payment has increased so have to pay £100 more? There is a real need to be respectful to the customer or at the very least to be available when needed discussion because it felt that I was the one in charge with motability of the advancement of the car application order. No happy at all.
