    I had a wonderful experience at Park lane. I was served by Enamul, and I was initially nervous since I had my children with me. However, Enamul was extremely professional and went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable. He answered all my questions with excellent communication and was very patient throughout the process. Once my order was complete, he even entertained the children and showed them around. It made the experience so much more enjoyable.

    Enam was very helpful throughout the whole process, he kept in contact and gave relevant updates when available.
    Although I wasn’t able to inspect the car at the dealership upon pick up due to my arriving earlier than originally scheduled, and the fact that the car was parked outside around the corner, I inspected the car when I arrived home and all seems well and good.

    All in all, I am pleased with the overall service provided by Enam at the dealership and also Motability.
