    I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I recently received. Unfortunately, this experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish.

    My initial appointment was cancelled while I was already at the store, and although a second appointment was booked, I was promised a courtesy car that was ultimately not available when I arrived.

    Additionally, a warning message regarding the engine appeared on the dashboard and still remains unresolved. One of the tyres also had a puncture, which was not fixed—it was simply left as it was. To make matters worse, the car was returned to me without even being washed.

    This is in stark contrast to the excellent experience I had last year at a different branch. Based on this latest visit, I regret to say I will not be returning to this location again.
