    Hope you are well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the vehicle I received through the Motability scheme, which was coordinated with Nissan.

    When I agreed to the contract, the dealer did not inform me that the model I would receive would have fewer features compared to the previous model I had or other models available from Nissan. Many essential and upgraded options were missing, including:

    - Heated steering wheel
    - Heated seats
    - Speedometer on the windshield
    - Dashboard lighting
    - Leather seat upholstery
    - Driver's side footrest

    I feel that the dealer did not provide me with a clear explanation of the differences between this vehicle and other models available, especially the additional trailer version which seemed to have more features. It is very disappointing to receive a vehicle that lacks these features that are important to my comfort and driving experience
