They are telling me it is repaired and upon arrival the car seemed as if it not been looked at and is damaged. The initial problem is obviously can be seen not fixed. The hired vehicle been calling telling me that they have been in communication with the dealer daily and they have told them the vehicle is ready. I've told them the vehicle is not ready and I'm now being told that I'm no longer insured. Can someone help me with this matter please? I need help with this matter urgently.
