    Just the waitinf area was very packed and was a bit of a wait then ur waitinf ans someone go before you but they say the man was waiting outside but we wasnt meant to know as thete was many people waiting in the watimg area so didn’t think was fair that he walked right in and got seen. But apart from that all was good.

    My experience is not good at all. My car been with them nearly 2 months now. They are telling me it is repaired and upon arrival the car seemed as if it not been looked at and is damaged. The initial problem is obviously can be seen not fixed. The hired vehicle been calling telling me that they have been in communication with the dealer daily and they have told them the vehicle is ready. I've told them the vehicle is not ready and I'm now being told that I'm no longer insured. Can someone help me with this matter please? I need help with this matter urgently. I'm also being charged by the hired vehicle (Eurocar) and I'm not really sure what for. HELP
