    During my MOT Mark was very polite and helpful in sorting out everything that needed to be done with my vehicle and not forgetting Jay who is also helpful and washed my car after my MOT was complete which I am eternally grateful for.     It was a wobble at first in trying to get an appointment but once I was able to, Waqar helped and made the whole process worthwhile and the front office staff was very helpful and supportive, she went above and beyond and it made the whole experience great.

    Javed was amazing from start to finish. He was able to get me a vehicle sooner than expected and get me on my way. He is very polite and has a great knowledge of the vehicles and their specs.

    Absolutely horrible experience regarding my mobility car. I had inexperienced members of staff offering services that where not available on the scheme, I was asked on more than two occasions to provide information I had already even, I would leave messages for a call back which was constantly ignored. I was previously assured my car would be completed between 9-12 months to only be told 7 months later it won’t be made until 2025. I had to settle for a car that a customer failed to collect. On the day of collection I was left for 40 minutes after my appointment time and was then ignored by the member of staff Waqar which he booked as he was attending to other customers. I only stayed with VW as the car suited my needs otherwise I would have left after the second Interaction. I have also been trying to contact the manager Lucy on her Mobile number which she has also failed to call me back. The mobility scheme is mot a priority to the Battersea brand and it’s quite upsetting

    Not too bad it was very helpful although we had to drive to a different location to actually pick up my new car. The dealer took us in his car and brought us back. The whole experience was exhausting but was also fulfilling as I left with a new car at the end, and now I can get around a lot easier thank you so much mobility, for helping me
