    Great service, wasn’t going to even get a BMW but both the X1 and X2 were amazing, only draw back was quite a long wait but it was worth it.
    Hedin are amazing, Wesley was very attentive, knowledgable and a great credit to them. Nothing was too much trouble even though I bombarded him with questions. He wasn’t fazed. Kept me updated all the time which allayed my fears all along. Thank you a great shame BMW taken off just to score meaningless points with the ignorant Labour voters 😳

    Kacper was amazing and everyone was very welcoming and kind, despite my mobility issues they were nice. However I was there nearly a whole day for something that was meant to take two hours. I was in a lot of pain waiting around . And just to mention this was not the dealers fault, this was because motability were slow to approve the service request, despite many attempts from the dealer to action. So a quicker response is needed from notability in these instances.

    Okay service, felt very rushed as they only had ‘an hour’ to deal with me before the next client and we had to go on a 5 min test drive. Didn’t feel like they ran me through the entire process but just wanted to get me out the way for the next client.
