    My experience was generally good. The service itself was done very quickly, and the staff explained what was happening. I was sent a video of the vehicle check, which showed everything was okay, and I appreciated that.

    However, while I was waiting, I felt uncomfortable when staff discussed other customers’ Motability details loudly in front of everyone. Hearing personal information about Motability approvals and refusals openly did not feel professional, and it was a bit embarrassing, as some people may not wish to share that they are on the Motability scheme.

    Overall, the service was good and the staff were helpful, but I feel more attention should be given to customer privacy in the waiting area.”
