The Brayley Suzuki Hendon Team - Rating 1.0Sep 22, 2025My experience with Motability has unfortunately been very disappointing. All the vehicles available with no advance payment are extremely small and not suitable for families with children. I’ve expressed my dissatisfaction many times in previous phone conversations, but I kept being redirected to different departments with no real solution. It feels like I’m expected to solve a puzzle just to get basic support.
I recently moved home, and for the past three years, I’ve been using a very small vehicle. I also had no previous experience with electric cars, and during winter I was forced to drive without even using the heating. Electric vehicles lose significant range in cold, wet, and nighttime conditions.
Because of financial constraints, I have to accept a car I don’t want, simply because the better options are unaffordable. Once, I had a flat tyre and no one came to help. I had to arrange and pay for a recovery truck myself to send the car to Kwik Fit.
