    We had Adam who guided us through the whole process and asked us about our son aswell his needs and our needs. Adam had showed our us he had genuine care and concern for our family and you could tell the whole interaction was not just “ a sale” for him. I’m a weary of sales people due to previous negative experiences but Adam was is a credit to Kia and is genuine caring person who sells what he believes in.

    The mechanic took too long my appointment was at 10.00 I didn't get out till after 1pm. As first stated it would only take two hours . But apart from that a goid job done

    Customer support not good told they would call back didn't told car would be ready on a certain day it wasn't and no one called to say why. Was told car would be washed it wasn't so far haven't checked for the locking wheel nut as just had another operation
