    Very poor customer service. Had a service I told brayley kia enfield I had a puncture? When I drove the car away after the service I still had the puncture??

    We are sorry if it wasn't properly explained by our team that Motability request that all tyre repairs and replacements are undertaken by Kwik Fit, so this isn't something we can deal with in the dealership.

    However, don't hesitate to get in touch for any other requirements as we are authorized by Motability to carry out servicing and MOT work in addition to KIA warranty repairs.
