    It was a pleasure to deal with Floyd Elgar at the Orpington branch. I’ve been disabled 35+ years and had many cars but Floyd was the best motability guy I’ve ever dealt with.
    I had to arrange everything over the phone as I was too unwell but he made the whole process straightforward and comfortable.

    I was booked for a pickup and delivery car service and the driver David called me a day before to make arrangements with me. He was very helpful and willing to help. He arrived on time in the morning to pickup the car and he delivered it back by 12pm in the afternoon after the car had been serviced by. He even washed and cleaned the car for me. He was very efficient. I was very satisfied with the work he done. Thanks.
