    Treatment at Romford Mazda is first class. I chose my second Motability car from here and Raj, the Motability Representative, is just super professional and engaging. Shares a laugh yet gets the job done very thoroughly. Accurate delivery times and service with good vibes. My recommendation is to use this family run dealership every time.     This is a family run dealership who still value their customers and go out their way to engage in a nice way. Big respects to Raj as he dealt with me from day one all the way through to delivery. A great guy and he made the buying experience fun and stress free. Everything ordered was there and the time till delivery was very quick. I was kept informed all the way through and you know the sales man has done his job when there are no questions at the end!. Raj knew all about the Motability scheme and all the paperwork necessary.     Big respects to Raj Shokar the Motability sales person at Romford Mazda who went out of his way to understand my needs, share a laugh with me, take me through all the paperwork, test drive the car and finally order it. He was patient, knowledgeable and understood the needs of my disability. The sales room is chilled and comfortable and Raj definitely went the extra mile to explore my needs and match them with a car. The waiting list for delivery is acceptable and I was able to order all extras I wanted with clear informed knowledge. I was impressed with Raj's knowledge and how easy he made the ordering process. Mazda Motability at Romford come very highly recommended by myself and if anyone wants to buy any Mazda then you just can't get better service and treatment as Romford Mazda gave to me. Thank you Raj and thanks Mazda.

    The reason for the low score is because I arranged a time for collection at 1pm and you turned up at 8.40am I had to cancel my appointments. The bloke whom collected my car had no idea. Not so happy.
