- Rating 5.0Apr 24, 2024Throughout the whole experience of obtaining a Motability car, we have been looked after very well by Saad Mehmood of Harold Wood Audi. Nothing seemed too much trouble and Saad was able to answer all our questions relating to the Motability scheme. We were offered a hot beverage at every visit and made to feel comfortable & welcome. Having placed the order, Saad kept us informed by email & text and eventually the car arrived from the factory somewhat earlier than expected. The hand-over included a run through of the controls and onboard tech, as well as a trip round the block with Saad in the passenger seat to familiarise us with this new all electric car. Due to Saad, obtaining a Motability car through Harold Wood Audi has been a trouble free and enjoyable experience.
