    Customer service/ car dealership of Volkswagen was very disappointed. Dealer was not showing any interest and not giving information about my chosen car. He could not explain us basics information that should be shown when ordering brand new car. Experience felt like I was ordering a vacuum cleaner, although I would know more about that than I did with this car. He could not show us the colour that the car would have let alone any of the intricate details of the car. The whole process seemed rushed and I am not too sure if this was due to us being on Motability or he is generally like this but I would never recommend and go through this dealership again!
