    The service I received was excellent, Ola was amazing and had patience dealing with me, bombarding him with questions and changing my mind etc. He was very helpful and kept me fully informed. Also of note is the fact that I was a mobility customer but at no stage did I feel I was being treated like I was less important, which sadly has been my experience with VW and BMW, it’s important to remember a mobility customer doesn’t choose to be disabled. My overall experience with Lexus was very Zen like and respectful.Thank you Ola for the wonderful reveal, my grandson loved it. I wish you much success.
