    I am not really sure how to explain the fantastic level of service I received. Karis was my sales Rep and Chole was my hand over Rep. From start to finish they were both awesome. They handled all aspects of the process with professionalism, great knowledge of the vehicle options and generally showing real consideration and courtesy, following up and reassuring me. I really can not thank them enough. Karis made a BMW girl out of me! Previously I only had driven Mercedes or Audi and her knowledge and patience, explaining the benefits of the brand, changed my view completely. Chole took time to take me through the car control's patiently waiting for me to understand everything, putting me at ease, driving a new car! The thoughtful chocolates was a lovely touch! I ate them once I managed to prize myself from my lovely new car. Thank you both very much ladies, you are a excellent representation of the BMW brand..10/10 customer service. I will definitely recommend you both. Miss Morris 🤗🤗

    Joel was really helpful and squeezed us in without an appointment. Everything went smoothly. He showed us the available options and had great knowledge about the cars and procedure. I was a bit worried that it might be stressful with paperwork etc but it was fine.

    Well I did have to wait hours! And wasn’t kept up to date either. Being I sat in waiting area, I thought I would have been informed . I had to keep going to ask!
    So it would be better knowing people are there waiting to let them know updates on their car!!!
    I love my BMW , but I felt let down with the service information!

    I was really unsure what car to get this year, as none of the current cars were what I really wanted. I had visited the Maidstone BMW and found there motability special quite indifferent and a little unhelpful, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I met Karis, at this branch, who helped me to feel reassued, was very organised and thought ahead, so she was always prepared, which all meant I had a seamless and stress free experience. Her line manager Nathan was also very pleasant. Can't fault the dealer at all. A huge thank you to Karis. Excellent customer service and care. Miss Morris
