    Emmanuel was great, honest and very easy to speak too. The only thing I would say we had to wait a bit but that has to be accepted as due to the good offers available.

    I was attended to by Emmanuel Tayo and he was excellent. He was always working with a smile, he would remember your name and speak softly and provide you with all the help consistently. He was consistently professional attentive and extremely understanding. I first spoke to him over the phone and from the get-go he was extremely polite accommodating and understanding. When I came into the dealership Emmanuel was super helpful it was pouring down with rain yet he still took us out for a test drive and gave us plenty of time to make our decision and look around as much as we wanted inside the showroom. He was nothing like other VW/Cupra/SEAT dealerships that I had visited over the month he was patient respectful informative and very attentive. Since placing the order Emanuel kept excellent communication with me via emails and phone calls. My initial order was delayed and Emmanuel was very prompt in finding a solution for me and replacing it with another vehicle that was coming in a lot sooner and he swiftly changed the order over the phone and saved me the troubles of being without a car and also saving me the trip through sending the documents electronically to sign. Even upon collection Emmanuel was super welcoming and always worked with a smile and went out of his ways always to provide the best service. On my way leaving, out of courtesy he even made sure to remind me that if there’s any issues to just give a ring and he’ll be on it even though we both don’t expect anything wrong from a factory new car. I would recommend customers to seek for Emmanuel and his service whenever and wherever possible it’s very hard to come across genuine respectful polite individuals that want to provide the best for you. Twickenham Cupra Citygate are not the closest branch to me took me but given the service provided by Emmanuel it’s worth the extra journey time.

    Emmanuel was great at everything, he explained everything well showed all the different modes specs and options. I really am looking forward to the cupra Ateca 2.0 petrol going to put a private plate on it. And yeah and take my daughter all around Britain for adventures
