The staff were courteous and professional from the moment I walked in, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. The team was helpful, friendly, and ensured I was well-informed throughout the process.
The tiniest of hiccups occurred upon my arrival for the scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, not all the booking details had been properly entered into their system, so they weren't initially aware that I planned to wait while the service took place. However, paperwork cleared up any confusion, and they quickly accommodated me.
