    I recently visited for a car service and overall had a very positive experience. The staff were courteous and professional from the moment I walked in, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. The team was helpful, friendly, and ensured I was well-informed throughout the process.

    The tiniest of hiccups occurred upon my arrival for the scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, not all the booking details had been properly entered into their system, so they weren't initially aware that I planned to wait while the service took place. However, paperwork cleared up any confusion, and they quickly accommodated me.

    Despite that tiny issue, I was really impressed with the level of care and professionalism. I would definitely return in the future and recommend their services to others!

    I collected my new Motability car on Monday 22/7/24, from the branch Stellantis &You Vauxhall Wimbledon. What a great experience from start to finish, Malcom took time to explain in great detail about the vehicle and what controls do what and was more than happy to explain again when I didn’t understand, it’s a shame all companies do not have a Malcom working for them. Please pass on my thanks to him again.
