    The gentleman was pretentious, even rude. I asked for an email or a printed copy of my order because I wasn't sure what I had ordered. He told me he would send it to me as soon as the car was manufactured. He laughed as if it were a performance for the other employees nearby. I'd gladly give up on this brand now because of the attitude towards Mobilyte's customer service. I mentioned that I had a subsidy for a new car, and he said it wasn't in the system and I had to pay the extra. He wasn't even particularly interested in what I had to say.

    Poor customer service. Was asked to be at the garage for collection at 8am and was waiting around for almost 3 hours before I received the keys with them blaming the admin team for the delay . Also I found it difficult to get any information or updates about the collection of the vehicle having to call them regularly and not getting any call back
