    Jon Paul was excellent, our circumstances changed and we weren’t sure if we could through with the application - but he was patient and understanding and finally ready to pick up the new car this week. His customer service is second to none, he’s the best car dealership sales person I’ve ever come across, he’s a a credit to the profession!

    The staff are lovely. But it took a long time to have it done. There was only one person doing the servicing when we went in to have our car done.

    Warm and friendly welcome from John-Paul. Professional, efficient discussion on the Mobility Scheme. Went to other garages. On returning to Bristol Motors, met Craig friendly and helpful Manager. He contacted JP to return as we had arrived. JP came back during his lunchbreak to assist us further. JP went the extra mile to find correct comfortable car, ease of getting in, model and high boot. Totally amazing and I was bowled over by great offer, price, colour and car available in 4 days, not months/year. Wonderful service as I could not afford Advanced Payment. Absolutely brilliant from start to ordering car. I will definitely be recommending Bristol Motors, Darlington to others.
