- Rating 5.0Sep 6, 2024I have to say the dealer handover experience was second to none. The staff here are super friendly and attentive (free coffee etc). As we've had previous vehicles from this dealership it's also nice to see familiar faces who also remember you.
After the paperwork was sorted, Rob introduced us to the new Tucson in detail, including a familiarisation drive. The service couldn't have been better.
I also have to say here, that the after sales service here is also second to none.
A short time after receiving the car, I had a minor teething issue and called into the garage on spec as we were passing to simply ask advice.
I was gobsmakcked at the efforts the staff here went to in an effort to alleviate my issue. From Emma on service reception, Michael from the service dept., to Connor, who initially handled my original enquiry and test drive, they all went over and above to ensure I was happy.

- Rating 5.0Aug 21, 2024Because of the seemingly endless wait for a car already on order from a different manufacturer, and still not even in production, I decided to simply call in to SG Petch to enquiry as to the availability of a Hyundai Tucson Ultimate Hybrid Automatic.
The staff couldn't have been more helpful or accomodating.
Without an appointment, I ended up with a test drive of the car I wanted, and after cancelling my order (reluctantly) with the other dealer, an order placed for a Hyundai Tucson Ultimate Automatic and an estimated delivery within a couple of weeks.
An amazing experience which took me completely by surprise. I only called in on Spec and ended up with the perfect car.
