    I found the service to be excellent all round from discussing the motability scheme to ordering and collecting the car. The gentleman we dealt with was called Connor and he was very pleasant, helpful and polite. He also took time at handover to talk through how to access things such as heating, radio and sat nav etc, which was great

    Considerably poorer experience than the Middlesbrough branch. Durham branch is a lot less flexible, and a lot more about the numbers as opposed to customer service.
    Was told it would take 1 to 1.5 hours for the service; after 2 hours when we got the car we noticed the hoover and clean was of a very poor standard. Overall ,not very friendly and customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
