    Really good experience. Such a lovely group of people to deal with. Traveled 300 miles to collect the car but really worth it compared to the poor experience from our local dealership.

    Sales assistant was lovely however appointment was postponed from morning to afternoon as chargers weren’t working went to collect signed all documents paid advance payment but they received an email saying manufacturer recall and as it wasn’t taxed in morning (no idea why) it couldn’t be taxed. I was not offered a courtesy car had to call and ask for one next day, still don’t have my car even though the website says I have it! Complete mess of a sale
