    Brilliant experience from start to finish.
    Dan was so welcoming. Test drive was in our time not his, brilliant at explaining all the options to us without getting annoyed or frustrated when we had to relay info to mum again as she was struggling to process it. He stayed in touch once the car was ordered and even after we have picked it up he’s contacted me to make sure everything is okay. Honestly, the best car experience from a dealership we’ve had.     This is the first time, I've had a positive experience with this branch. As a motability customer I was always made to feel that my custom didn't matter. Not once did anyone ever go through my service details or m.o.t details with me. I was always handed the keys and book, and told ny car is outside. I've had staff treat me and speak to me very rudely and I was extremely reluctant to purchase another car from this branch. However this time Siddiq took time to go through my service details, he spoke to me with respect and treat me as a valued customer, keeping me updated throughout. Like I mentioned prior this is the first time, a member of the service team has treat me well. Thank you I hope this continues.

    I had a great experience with Mercedes Benz I was made to feel welcome and appreciated by all the staff, especially Dan my salesman he was so good at explaining the whole process with me and answered all my questions with good advice I asked for on the vehicle that I was looking at, they kept me informed throughout the process from beginning to end via emails and phone calls keeping me informed and updated on the status of my car, was told to call them if I needed any assistance on the roadside before I received the information booklet from you, going back to sort my app on my mobile and told to contact them if I need any help with anything related to the car, I couldn’t of asked for a better service it was faultless in my opinion, I am happy with them and would definitely recommend them to others I am sure they will have the same experience that I did, the car is amazing and beautiful I would look after it for when eventually have to return it to you because I know that it will definitely be missed. Service and product 10/10 for me.
