- Rating 5.0Jan 20, 2025I had a great experience with Mercedes Benz I was made to feel welcome and appreciated by all the staff, especially Dan my salesman he was so good at explaining the whole process with me and answered all my questions with good advice I asked for on the vehicle that I was looking at, they kept me informed throughout the process from beginning to end via emails and phone calls keeping me informed and updated on the status of my car, was told to call them if I needed any assistance on the roadside before I received the information booklet from you, going back to sort my app on my mobile and told to contact them if I need any help with anything related to the car, I couldn’t of asked for a better service it was faultless in my opinion, I am happy with them and would definitely recommend them to others I am sure they will have the same experience that I did, the car is amazing and beautiful I would look after it for when eventually have to return it to you because I know that it will definitely be missed.
