    Told it would be 90 mins .... 4 hours later not a comfortable chair in the place .. 48 hours later I'm in agony with my back. Then motability was charged 460 pounds for front pads

    After further investigation I have established that the original timing of 90 minutes for the MOT was indeed correct, but unfortunately because your vehicle required additional work to your braking system, which was unforeseen at the point of booking, this was the reason for the delay in the return of your vehicle, and I apologise for the inconvenience and distressed this has caused you.
