Evans Halshaw Customer Services - Rating 1.0Jul 29, 2024The service was not good at all at Evans Halshaw as the courtesy car was an automatic car which my designated driver had never driven before, i was not informed when i booked the mobility car in that the courtesy car was an automatic and they did not offer a manual car when telephoning them before hand to book my car in, i was shown too quickly about the controls on the vehicle and said they did not have enough time to go through everything. This was an awful experience with this car dealer and as well the courtesy car had a gearbox fault on the dashboard with brakes grinding and we could not drive away with this as the courtesy car needed repairs, This had me in an awful position and really stressed me as no other help was given from the staff in Evans Halshaw at all until i telephoned Mobility and they gave me so much help to get me back home from this situation, which i thank immensely for reassurance.Response from Evans Halshaw Vauxhall ShiremoorJul 30, 2024Hi Sarah,
