    Absolutely awful experience, firstly when I took my car in they gave the impression it wouldn't be very long at all, so me my partner and our 15 month old walked all the way into Newcastle City centre, we did 40,000 steps walking around until 1.30pm then rung for an update, they then told us that it failed, we then had to walk all the way back, to get the car seat out of the car and put it into the taxi we had coming, I asked before I left how long I can expect to be without a car and they said we "get a delivery tomorrow" so we should have it sorted by tomorrow evening... Tomorrow came and I rang and asked then they said sorry it didn't come in itl now be Friday, so again I waited until the next day rung and again was told itl now be Monday. By this time I was getting really frustrated, I waited until Monday I rung and they said yes the parts in, its getting done now, so I said if it's getting done now, am I OK to get a taxi down and collect, the woman said yes, I arrive to where the bloke was abit confused and asked what I was doing there as to where I said "erm iv jist spoken to your colleague and she said the car is in and should be finished soon" and he said no it's not going to be done until tomorrow morning!! Because there was a problem with the part, I had to then get another taxi all the way home, then on Tuesday EVENTUALLY I have a call saying the car is now done. Absolutely disgusting customer service, poor communication.
