We are informed when we need to make bookings for services/MOT etc which is easily arranged with the friendly customer service team. The dealership reception and sales areas are always very clean and tidy, the reception team are welcoming, friendly and professional. A member of the service team (this time Emma) reviews and explains the process and documentation for the service etc and answers any queries we have. We're always given an estimated time of completion and a call to inform us when our vehicle is ready to collect. A video showing our MOT completes the process. It's a customer focused service delivered by a professional, friendly, welcoming team.
