    Staff wouldn’t collect my vehicle and stated that I needed new tyres but didn’t have them in stock. Took it to quick fit and they said I didn’t actually need any new tyres.

    Every since we received our car from our local Stockton on Tees dealership we have received an excellent service. We are informed when we need to make bookings for services/MOT etc which is easily arranged with the friendly customer service team. The dealership reception and sales areas are always very clean and tidy, the reception team are welcoming, friendly and professional. A member of the service team (this time Emma) reviews and explains the process and documentation for the service etc and answers any queries we have. We're always given an estimated time of completion and a call to inform us when our vehicle is ready to collect. A video showing our MOT completes the process. It's a customer focused service delivered by a professional, friendly, welcoming team. A dealership I would recommend to anyone looking to buy a Mercedes and receive an excellent customer service
