    Excellent service throughout. From the moment I walked in the door to me leaving. Every member of staff I spoke to was so friendly and helpful. I had a lovely man called Mark look after me. He knew I wasn’t feeling well on both occasions I was at the garage so he pulled the courtesy car right up to the door so I didn’t have far to walk and again when I went back a couple of days later for my own car instead of me going round the whole car park he went outside in the rain and brought my car right to the door again for me. He went above and beyond. I think every single business needs a Mark. I couldn’t be more happier and satisfied with my recent experience. Thank you BMW!

    My car was picked up and returned by courteous and friendly drivers. My designated customer service contact was also very polite and rang me to inform me when service was completed. She also sent me a video of the vehicle’s health check.
