    People that collected and delivered back brilliant I,ve got my car on motability was told I would definitely have a loan car for the Friday to take partner to hospital phoned yous on the Wednesday to check appointment time said everything fine for the Friday told me there wouldn't be a loan car. However they told me if I wanted to make it Thursday loan car would be there.so went in Thursday However no loan car.i asked at reception they have no record of me.put me to talk to one of their advisors who apologised said he'd get me a car straight away.my partner has severe rheumatoid arthritis had recently had toe amputation the car they offered me was a little mini she had no chance of getting into that she can't bend it takes her all her time to get into our bmw.the mini however was automatic which I can't drive also electric I haven't a clue how to do.they said they don't have cars.they used to arrange with enterprise but quite obviously NOW THEY NO LONGER WANT DISABALED DRIVERS ANYMORE THEY COULDN'T GIVE A DAMN the advisor apologised when I told him and said the car would be there for me on the Friday I said OK left the dealership and came up I later rang them to double check the time they told me and said would I be waiting until it was serviced and tested ect about 9 hours I said no as yous have a loan car for me they said oh no we haven't we'll have to collect it next Wednesday and bring it back .THIS WAS
    THE MOST HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE OF OUR LIVES MYSELF IHAVE CHRONIC COPD ALSO WEEKNESS OF THE SPINE HOW WAS I ALSO SUPPOSED TO GET DOWN TO THE FLOOR TO GET IN AND OUT I'M 71 MY PARTNER IS 67 WE JUST DONT NEED THIS NIGHTMARE

    Car collected at 10am, inspected, Mot'd and clean then returned for 1pm, garage around 15 miles away. Excellent service.

    Took 6 weeks from the brakes warning light to getting an appointment at the garage, as I live about 12 miles away and have no one to drop me off or pick me up, so needed the car collected. For those weeks every time I started the car the warning light came on. During the repair I received a video telling me about the brakes, but then received a phone call telling me that they had no new pads on site and I would have to wait until the following day to get the car back. I expressed my displeasure and informed the caller that this was inconvenient for me, after this call and probably more importantly the garage realised that they'd left a van that they needed the ext morning, outside of our house, I received another call saying that I would be getting the car back the same evening. So all worked out in the end. Car came back very clean, outside and in.

    Only thing to let it down. Was the loan car was filthy on the outside and very little fuel. But Joe was very nice and professional.

    Reception Staff very polite nd helpful
    Service department courteous and polite .
    The staff are happy and smiling.
    All staff from what I have seen all get on not death stares etc very professional
    Place is very clean and tidy. And very spacious staff can't do enough for you.
    Very bright with warmly feeling.
    Well oiled machine
    Does not matter who comes through the doors the treat everyone the same dies not matter what they wearing etc.
    They just can't do enough for people.
    They treat the cleaners the same as the staff and they dont look down on them because they are cleaners.
    Toilets are immaculate
    What a great team to work for. The mangerment should be proud of the service and professionalism he has here.
