    Fantastic customer service from start to finish. We had looked at a Ford dealership in Durham but the lady that was the Motability salesperson was very rude and we literally walked away and cancelled the planned test drive. We walked into Sherwoods just to see what the Suzuki cars were like and after meeting Adrian and looking at the S-Cross we booked a test drive. After that our minds were made up. Every time we saw Adrian he was an absolute gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. The hand over was easy and everything was explained about the car, he even connected our phones to the car, which was a first for us. I have nothing but praise for Sherwoods as a whole, the staff and facilities are excellent. Thank you, John and Linda Grierson
