    I had a wonderful experience with the Motability Scheme at Lookers Nissan Gateshead. John Bendelow was fantastic from start to finish — patient, understanding, and genuinely supportive throughout the whole process.

    I also really appreciated the kindness he showed towards my son who attended with me. I mentioned that my son has autism and isn’t always confident with conversation, and John made such a thoughtful effort to make him feel comfortable and included. He spoke to him directly, asked him questions at his pace, and created a really relaxed atmosphere. That meant a lot to both of us.

    John’s professionalism, empathy, and genuine care made the whole experience so much easier. I couldn’t recommend him more highly.
