Appalling customer service, aggressive and condescending with a lack of communication skills and customer care to deal with customers. Was made to feel bad as asked questions as it is our first car with the scheme. Said they cleaned the car and they haven’t as form says they have. I expect this to fall on deaf ears as google reviews say the same sentiment over and over also.
