    In these 3 months I had the aweful experience of having to deal with the local dealership in Altrincham, Greater Manchester.

    Around August I received an email wrt my vehicle needing to be serviced. Called the dealership. Was informed that someone from Mobility will call me. 2 weeks pass, no call. I called in again, spoke to the gentleman, who then told me that my vehicle only needs to be serviced nect year, because its 2 yrs from brand new. What a waste of my time and energy trying to get this sorted, only to be told that.

    Called on 14 Nov because my vehicle shows the oil needs to be changed. I was told I would be called back, by that afternoon, nothing no call. A week passes, no call.
    Then around 21st, I made an booking via ford pass.
    Received an email
    Then had to tell them it was a mibility booking also I asked for an express service bc its an oil change. I was told the dealership will contact me
    No feedback from the dealership
    Followed up again via email to the Evans Halshaw contact centre and still no feedback from the dealership

    I had to Call in 25 Nov abt 15:30 to get progress

    Barry service Advisor not apologetic, very like "yeah and so" attitude
    Explained I Booked in 14:00 to leave to 18:00
    I said i booked an express service
    Express is 2 hrs
    I had to ask him to check when I could book and express.
    Checked the system and only had certain times. I already set aside time for the afternoon express but fortunately i had nothing on for the morning
    Asked who was the manager. Sharon

    If this is the kind of service that Ford offers, then i regret very much having chosen a Ford, although except the small niggles, the car runs fine
