    A very busy franchise. The reason giving 1 star rather than 0 is because it does not let you. There is lack of customer parking /care. Makes it difficult for disabled customers. I had requested the allure 2008 as shown at the garage. But I was given the 2008 active instead. Was not shown the interior until after I had signed all the paperwork.I have since learned that I should have been shown the vehicle before signing anything, I was not told this by the salesman. I was very disappointed. On the original visit I felt very rushed and its now obvious my requests were ignored. The salesman kept making mistakes with his paper work & calculations and reprinting, going back into his computer. Unfortunately, I have to make do because of his errors. I put my trust in him to provide what I requested. He kept saying to give him 10/10 when the satisfaction email arived,he asked if he could take my photo sat in the car & I said no, but he went ahead and did it anyway I would not use this garage for motability again.
