    They didn’t do what I asked them to do. They didn’t contact me to let me know the car was ready and the car was handed back to me in a dangerous manner and I was just fed excuse after excuse. After excuse they couldn’t even tell me what fuel to put in the courtesy car they gave me

    Fantastic customer service. Alex went through everything in a clear and professional manner explaining everything in a very calm way (to someone that was scared of driving an automatic car) He took the time to go through things as many times as I needed. There is a lot to know about this car, and he understood how nervous I was, taking my husband to drive it home for me.

    I wasn’t kept informed about the date for my new car, which took 7 months to get. When I finally collected, the salesman was very helpful and went through all the features. Just a little more information during the wait would have been appreciated.
