    Not happy, having to travel 80 miles for a service for a Kia car. 160 miles round trip, also was told by your helpline there are no Kia service centres in Carlisle Cumbria. Well I should have checked that myself. Still
    90 miles away but have family I could have stayed with overnight. Why are your customers expected to travel so far for a service with all the costs involved?
