- Rating 2.0Jul 10, 2024Poor . It took me a month to book a test drive off a car and six phone calls . Then I did not get the car I asked for with no explanation. My car was in service at the same time . My car was not cleaned this time but was done on the last three services also parked after the wrong way so made it very hard to drive out . It feels like no one wants to take the time to help you . Customer service is poor .its the little thing that make all the difference. I will not be dealing with Chorley Blackpool any more as it seems they don’t want me to buy a new car off them or maybe it’s because I’m a motability customer . I don’t no but I feel very let down and hugely disappointed.
