Chorley Group - Rating 4.0Nov 15, 2024Good customer service when dropping car off, but no telephone call received to tell me the car was ready to collect, I had to initiate the call to confirm car was ready to collect.
Since posting this review the dealership reached out to me which is great, very impressed.
Im in my 50s & have lost count of the number of times my cars have been in for service/mot/work. the number one thing I have always wanted is communication from the dealership/garage to tell me my car has been looked @serviced or mot'd.i don't want to chase up if it's ready to collect & especially to be told 'we are just doing the paperwork' when I can see(in this case using bluelink) what is happening with the car, it's GPS position moving from where I left it, when it was moved to the service area & when it was moved back into the customer parking area. The situation I referred to happened both in 2023 & 2024 so I do respectfully request the dealership manager looks at improving this aspect of the customer experience.
