    The car was on Motability list. At the time a new model talked about. Ordered. Nothing for 4 months other than email saying delays.
    Told we couldn't have inside digital wing mirrors in red. Thought that was odd.
    Nothing about delays on Hyundai website.
    Found out on day took receipt of car that this car was discontinued. The car the dealer found for us is similar but not the same as ordered. We're grateful to the dealer. Why didn't Motability tell us this and offer alternative options earlier?

    Unfortunately, Motability didn’t notify us of the model’s discontinuation or offer any alternative options during the wait, which meant we were only able to relay the limited updates we received at the time. Had we known sooner, we absolutely would have contacted you straight away to discuss suitable alternatives.

    I’m really glad our team were able to source a similar vehicle so you weren’t left without a solution, but we do appreciate this wasn’t the exact model you originally ordered.
