    This is the 4th Motability car and by far the best experience of a car handover. He told me a lot about the car before I drove away and he was always very friendly and helpful and told me if I ever have any questions to contact him.

    Disappointed with Lloyd's Mini Blackpool.
    We signed a contract stating Nil deposit, but on handover day a deposit of £750 was requested. (using our motability offer).
    The Mini was a showroom display car with extras.
    We made it clear to the salesman that we didn't want to pay for any extras and happy to have a standard Mini, we also mentioned Bowker in Preston are also looking for us .
    After he went to discuss with his manager, he said Mini U.K. will cover the cost of the extras and we had nothing to pay, we could collect the car the next day which was a bonus.
    We wouldn't have gone ahead with the purchase if any cost was incurred.
    When I came to collect the car and all paperwork signed I was asked for a card payment of £750, I disputed this and said I wasn't happy but felt under pressure to pay.
    After the card transaction was made the manager came and apologised for the misunderstanding and asked is there anything he could do. No financial adjustment was offered.
    I was upset and wanted to leave but felt it was too late in the process to do anything.
    A credit card receipt was issued but not a Lloyds deposit receipt.

    Very happy with the service. Attended to a factory recall I was unaware of. Only negative. Service took 1 hour valeting almost 2 hours.

    Emily was fantastic and so helpful. She really took the time to help us and keep us informed throughout. She was really thorough with our handover, she ensured she involved our daughter too throughout the whole process which was really lovely.

    I am sorry to write this because I have been with mini for 15 years and always had a fantastic review but this time it was different although the staff were still wonderful and friendly I was not dealing with them I was dealing with the mobility person I have I the past a wonderful salesman who treated with respect and honesty but not now it was hard for me as the answers I were given where not the truth and I made a trip up for an appointment to be told the web site was down why did I not receive a phone call to tell me not to go up as he had an appointment at 9 mine was at 11 so he would have known the site was down, my mental health became so bad by the way I was treated over 3 visits my husband came with me in the end. Mini has always been a wonderful experience for me but this time it was not because of 1 person

    What a great customer service experience. Rossi our salesman was fab, not pushy, explained everything in detail, was patient. Dogs are welcome in the showroom and the coffee is great. Rossi and team are welcoming. A great ambassador for the showroom & brand. 10 star service. 🌟

    Excellent patience with my decision making and the time spent deciding meant I could get the car I wanted. Brilliant amount of time given for long test drives as time in the driving position was key to my decision as a disabled driver. Particular thanks to Rossi Polak.
