    We visited Lloyd Kia on Saturday 25th November.
    On arrival we were greeted by James who asked how he could help us and invited us to sit down and discussed our needs with a lovely coffee on a cold day.
    After discussing our needs James took us outside to view and show us the differences between the two models we were interested in.
    James had a very good knowledge of the Kia products and offered an easy to understand description.
    Once we had decided on our purchase James went through the process of a Motability purchase, his knowledge and professionalism was excellent which made the whole experience very pleasurable
