The staff at the service desk are extremely competent and they are warming . No issue is too silly or too much of an issue. Exceptional customer service. My car was all done in no time and was finished off with a wash and a clean out. 10 stars to Lloyd Volvo in Carlisle. I drove off with peace of mind in my wonderfully clean serviced car Thank you.
