Everything was fully explained in detail from how the scheme works to choosing the car, to the order process and setting up the account. TS at Audi was very friendly and approachable with lots of knowledge around the cars on the scheme. He kept us updated every step of the way through emails and calls. On day of collection Everything was explained and shown in great detail, such as the features of the car and how they work, through to downloading an app and going through all the relevant paperwork. TS Made this daunting process simple and stress-free. He even added extra touches which went a long way such as doing a car revel and staying with us until we were comfortable to drive way. We will definitely be using Audi again in the future.
