    Issues reported with the Climate Control, charging and remote conditioning were not addressed and the vehicle is being returned to the dealer.
    A valet was also requested but was not carried out.

    It has been agreed that the vehicle to be returned to the dealer next week for further diagnostic tests. It is, however, very disappointing that the presenting issues were neither rectified nor properly assessed.

    I am due a replacement vehicle in October - My experience with Vauxhall will influence the choice of my next vehicle.

    The garage were very friendly helpful and polite I couldn’t fault the whole experience.
    They kept me up to date with progress to when I would get my car back.
