    As a Motability customer I’ve rarely felt valued and I feel I’ve missed out on the “occasion” of getting a new vehicle (even though I’m paying for it) this was not the case at Holdcroft Crewe.

    When I came to collect my new vehicle, which thanks to Hannah’s previous excellent customer service, I was excited about, Hannah was equally enthusiastic about the handover. It felt like a real treat.

    Thanks to Hannah’s engaged and authentic attitude I now have a vehicle I LOVE and I’m once again enjoying driving.

    Hannah has also taken time to get in touch with me, by my preferred method of contact to make sure I’m happy and to make herself available if I have any questions.

    I cannot recommend Holdcroft Crewe and Hannah in particular highly enough.

    When I went in to Holdcroft Crewe I had no interest, desire or enthusiasm to shop for a new car. My current car was unsuitable. I hadn’t bonded with it and I’d lost my previous love of driving. I had already visited two other dealerships who had matched my energy, leaving me further deflated.

    I was very fortunate to be greeted enthusiastically by Hannah, who immediately offered me a cup of tea. I explained what I needed and didn’t need, and also stated I had lost any interest in the entire process. Hannah has a wonderful energy, and is authentic, trustworthy and efficient. She went well out of her way not only to help me choose a suitable vehicle but to make sure I could see and explore the exact vehicle I was ordering.

    The application process was quick and smooth and I left Holdcroft excited about my new vehicle.
